Equity 24, LLC seeks to generate high current cash returns backed by quality real estate and strong corporate lease obligations. By investing in well located real estate leased to a single tenant that has achieved an investment grade rating from either Standard and Poor’s or\u00a0Moody’s, we can\u00a0generate superior returns\u00a0without the risk associated with most other forms of real estate investing.<\/p>\n

Companies with an investment grade rating are\u00a0considered to be\u00a0the strongest in the world from a financial perspective, and the least likely to default on their credit obligations.\u00a0The properties\u00a0we select for\u00a0will, in most cases,\u00a0be occupied by tenants such as: CVS, Auto Zone, Starbucks, O\u2019Reilly Automotive, Advance Auto, Family Dollar, Safeway, 7-11, Federal Express, Tractor Supply, Sherwin Williams, and Verizon.<\/p>\n

Targeted properties will have tenants such as those mentioned above that have\u00a0executed a long-term triple net lease,\u00a0whereby the tenant is\u00a0obligated to pay for all expenses including property taxes, insurance, and maintenance and repairs (a \u201cNNN Lease\u201d, or “Triple Net Lease”). It\u00a0is our belief that this type of property\u00a0can offer the most predictable and safe payment stream.<\/p>\n
