Equity 24, LLC is a real estate investment and advisory company that structures real estate investment opportunities for those seeking safe and predictable returns. Equity 24, LLC focuses on properties leased to a single tenant under a triple net lease  whereby the tenant bears responsibility to pay all expenses including property taxes, insurance, maintenance costs and repairs of the property (a “NNN Lease”, or “Triple Net Lease”). Triple Net Lease Properties, well selected,  provide investors safety of principal with the most predictable and secure payment stream of any property type.

Investments in NNN Lease Properties will be structured for the individual investor, self directed IRAs, qualified plans, and family offices whose objectives are safety of principal, relatively high cash returns and modest principal growth.
